• Gelir İdaresi Başkanlığı tarafından 01.01.2018 itibariyle isteğe bağlı olarak uygulamaya geçirilecek olan e-İrsaliye, kağıt ortamdaki “Sevk İrsaliyesi” ile aynı hukuki niteliklere sahip dijital irsaliye belgesidir. Ticari hayatımızda “Sevk İrsaliyesi” ve “Taşıma İrsaliyesi” en yaygın kullanılan irsaliye türleridir. İlk etapta sadece “Sevk İrsaliye” belgesi e-İrsaliye kapsamına dahil edilmiştir.

Who Can Apply to e-Reconciliation Application?

• As of 01/01/2018, individuals and capital companies may opt for e-Reconciliation application upon request.

What is the Difference of e-Reconciliation from Paper Reconciliation?

• It is an electronic document with the same legal characteristics as the paper shipment. The difference from paper reconciliation is that it is signed with electronic certificate, transmitted electronically to the recipient and kept and presented in electronic environment.
